The Dybowski sika deer is native to Korea and was imported to the Czech Republic in the late 1800s. It can now be found in several fenced areas ranging from 100 to 3,000 hectares in size. Larger than the Japanese sika deer, the Dybowski deer is exceptionally beautiful and elegant. The recommended hunting season is from October to January, when the Dybowski stags have beautiful coat that is perfect for taxidermy.
